WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?:

■ This program IS NOT for the absolute beginner

■ You must have at least 1/2 years of gym experience

■ Must have knowledge of proper exercise technique of barbell bench press, barbell back squat and barbell deadlift (and variation) and heavy lifting

■ I will be available via email if you have any limitations and need help finding ways to modify movements.

 

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL YOU NEED?:

■ Access to a gym or home gym 

■ A range of dumbbells from light to heavy (kettlebel can be used as well)

■ Access to running outside / treadmill / rower / stationary bike

■ Resistence bands / Loop bands

■ Barbell with weight plates

■ A bench Squat rack
